By using the Service, you consent to automated data collection solely for the purpose of performing the analysis you initiate.

VisaGuardAI operates as a consent-driven platform and is not liable for how third-party social networks enforce their own data policies.

You understand and accept that VisaGuardAI's use of lawful, rate-limited scraping or API access is intended exclusively for your self-audit and does not constitute unauthorized data harvesting.

• Paid features are processed securely through Stripe or other approved payment processors.
• Payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Subscription users may cancel at any time through their dashboard.

All content, trademarks, software, algorithms, and branding within VisaGuardAI are owned by or licensed to VisaGuardAI.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal, lawful purposes only.
